Working Out

00016961
I decided that I was going to make an effort to exercise regularly this year.

The music you listen to makes all kinds of difference in the vehemency with which you workout. I’m compiling a list of the best workout songs for my Ipod. Give me your suggestions…and help a fat preacher get in shape.

3 of the best I know of are…

3. Le Disko, Shiny Toy Guns
2. Lust for Life, by Iggy Pop
1. Desire, by U2

  1. One of the work out songs I have added to the Mp3 is a Pearl Jam song, “Keep on Rocking in the Free World”. (NOT THE AUCOSTIC)

  2. Try the Foo Fighters “Learn to Fly” ,”Times Like These” & Gwen Stefani “Hollaback Girl”
Spivey, you might even enjoy listening to some Sinjaya!!!!!!
    KAbston

  3. The ones that inspire me most to lose weight:
    #3 It’s a “Small” World – Disney
