Norah Faith Spivey

Norah 3 On Friday night, just before midnight—11:19pm to be precise, God finally delivered a gift we'd been eager to receive for nine months—our baby girl. Norah Faith Spivey tipped the scales at nine pounds, five ounces, measured 21 inches in length, and appears to have received her mother's beautiful red hair. I'll have some more reflections on the whole experience in blogs to come, but right now, we're just trying to enjoy new parenthood…and we wanted to thank those of you who have rejoiced with us throughout the pregnancy.

Emily will come home in just a few hours. Norah, however, will remain in the hospital for a couple of days. She's having a little trouble with some re-flux like issues. The doctors feel she needs to stay for observation for a while longer. We're concerned, but not worried. It's precautionary. Please keep her in your prayers. Mom is doing great after delivering another beautiful daughter.

Norah's just beautiful and has got a lot of personality. She'll fit in just fine with the other Spivey women 🙂 I'll be uploading some more pics and clips soon. Praise God!
