  1. Sometimes people need a little jumpstart to get their lives going on an upward track. If a program like this gives them the boost they need to make it to a little better standard of living, I’m all for it. The benchmarks seem like good ones – school performance, regular healthcare visits, work combined with job-training, behavior, etc. I hope it is successful.
