Four Blunt Minutes on the Hiring Process, pt. 2 – “Trustability”

The short video below offers one good question to ask during the hiring process that can help gage the “trustability” of a ministry candidate.

Dr. Tim Spivey is Lead Planter of New Vintage Church in San Diego, California. He is the author of numerous articles and one book, "Jesus: The Powerful Servant." A sought after speaker for events, Tim also serves as Adjunct Professor of Religion at Pepperdine University. Tim serves as a church consultant, and his writings are featured on ChurchLeaders.com, Church Executive magazine, Faith Village, Sermon Central, and Giving Rocket.

  1. Tim, great question to ask and great thoughts as always. Yes honesty in the work place and being people of the highest integrity is more important then we could possibly ever realize. Its about not giving the enemy a platform to accuse us of any big glaring sin.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us Tim. God bless. Grace and Peace.
